Cincinnati, OH Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. successfully negotiated and closed the purchase newly constructed Valvoline Oil Change Facility consisting of a 2200 s/f building on 0.71 acres and located at 5500 Glenway Ave. The property is a newly developed Valvoline with a 15 year base lease term. Delisle and Monahan were able to negotiate favorable terms for the purchaser to purchase the newly developed site from the developer. The property is located in a densely populated area with significant traffic count. Valvoline operates over 1900 service centers throughout North America and corporately guarantees the lease agreement.
