Daniel of Daniel T Enterprises closes 750 s/f for Michel Cluizel

According to Tamir Daniel, president of Daniel T Enterprises, one of the finest chocolatiers in the world, Michel Cluizel, will be opening one of its first U.S. flagship stores in the city, its location is 580 Fifth Ave., known as the Worldwide Diamond Tower. The high-end French chocolatier, which will occupy the 750 s/f ground floor space by the end of this year, was represented by Daniel in a direct deal with the landlord. "This was literally a sweet deal. The landlord was very excited with the idea of a use other than jewelry and as soon as he had a taste of the chocolate, it was a done deal!" said Daniel. "We were very pleased to facilitate a successful deal between the parties. This is particularly true in today's market and in a prime Fifth Ave. location." Daniel said, "For some, this market is a great opportunity. Currently, we are the exclusive representative for an international food chain seeking to open a number of retail locations in New York." Daniel will also assist Michel Cluizel with its roll-out in major cities across the country, and internationally. The reported asking rent is approximately $500 per s/f.
