Cronheim Hotel Capital secures $11 million to refinance the Courtyard at Houston Intercontinental Airport

Cronheim Hotel Capital (“CHC”) secured an $11 million loan for affiliates of Concord Hospitality in order to refinance the existing note on the 127-room Courtyard located at Houston Intercontinental Airport.

Beau Williams, senior managing director, arranged the loan.

“We continue to see the best economics coming from our smaller balance sheet relationships that fit well with these size loans. Given the current volatility within the US Banking system, we are very appreciative of these key relationships and will continue this strategy as the capital markets environment continues to unfold into the year”.

Since 1985, Concord Hospitality has maintained a standard of excellence across all capabilities as hotel developer, owner and operator, providing dedicated hotel management services to both full-service and upscale select-service properties.
