CPC provides a total of $8.197 million in financing for the Crosswinds at Hudson development project

New York governor David Paterson; Deborah Van Amerongen, commissioner of the state division of housing and community renewal; state senator Stephen Saland; and assemblyman Marcus Molinaro joined together for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 22nd to celebrate the completion of Crosswinds at Hudson, a 70-unit workforce housing development that is one of the first of its kind in the city and Columbia County. The ribbon-ceremony attracted 100 people, including state legislators and local officials. CPC, a not-for-profit mortgage lender, provided a total of $8.197 million including, $5.755 million in construction financing for the project and a permanent loan of $2.442 million.
