CPC completes two loans totaling $2.184m

CPC closed two loans for two buildings that offer its residents a system of drug treatments and health related services totaling $2.184 million. The loans included: * A $1.296 million permanent refinancing of a three-story building with six rental apartments Prospect Lefferts Gardens. The building offers its residents a system of drug treatments and health related services. * A $888,000 permanent loan for the gut rehab of a three-story building with six rental units Bedford Stuyvesant.
