Costaldo of Houlihan Parnes/iCap arranges $1.5 million perm. loan

Gus Costaldo of Houlihan-Parnes/iCap Realty Advisors, LLC has arranged a $1.5 million permanent loan for the Knoyzz Clothing Company. Knoyzz has six stores located in: Rye Brook and Mount Kisco, N.Y.; and Westport, Greenwich, New Canaan, and Glastonbury, Conn. The eight-year loan features interest only for the first year and can be prepaid without a penalty.
