Cleeman Realty Group facilitates off-market sale of Hy-Vee Supermarket

Fairmont, MN Cleeman Realty Group negotiated the $5.125 million off-market sale of a NNN Hy-Vee. The 54,740 s/f grocery store is located at 907 S. State St. on a 5.27-acre lot. Hy-Vee has been at this location since 1991 and added a gas station and convenience store in 2011.

Jeremy Scheer of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer. 

“The buyer was attracted to the low rent and long-term net lease with zero landlord responsibilities. It was an excellent addition to a portfolio that already featured several single tenant Hy-Vee properties,” said Scheer.
