Harrison, MI Cleeman Realty Group has completed the off-market sale of a free-standing Family Fare grocery store. The grocery store is located on North Clare Ave., which sees combined average traffic counts in excess of 8,000 cars per day. The property is located on approximately 15 acres and consists of 39,804 s/f that is net leased to Family Fare. The store has been at this location since 2001 and includes a fuel station.
Sam Seelenfreund of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer and seller in this transaction.
“The buyer was attracted to the NNN lease that has minimal landlord obligations,” said Seelenfreund.
