Cleeman Realty Group arranges 12th Winn Dixie closing since last year

Theodore, AL Cleeman Realty Group brokered the $4.4444 million sale of Island Road Shopping Center, a Winn Dixie anchored retail center. The property is on 6.25 acres and consists of 59,882 s/f. The property was 100% occupied at the time of sale including a Winn Dixie that has been serving the community for over 40 years.

Michael Cleeman of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer and Nathan Handmacher of Zarzour Companies represented the seller in the off-market transaction.

“The property was a good fit with other retail properties in the area owned by the purchaser as well as other Winn Dixie anchored properties in their portfolio,” said Cleeman.
