CBRE|Syracuse facilitates five sales totaling $9.865 million

Syracuse, NY According to Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE|Syracuse, the firm completed the following commercial real estate transactions:

  • Bill Anninos and Larry Van Der Bogart of CBRE|Syracuse represented Frito-Lay for the leasing of a 70,800 s/f industrial facility at 6600 New Venture Gear Dr. in East Syracuse. The property is an industrial facility with a total of 80 dock doors and 20 drive-in doors, this property also offers other advantages, including up to 32’ clear ceilings, cross-dock availability, and heavy utilities.
  • Peter Finn and Marty Dowd of CBRE|Syracuse represented the sellers in the sale of Westvale Plaza (2102-2214 and 2318 West Genesee St., a 184,393 s/f retail plaza. This plaza is anchored by Planet Fitness; Family Dollar; Rescue Mission; Geddes Federal, and numerous other national and local tenants. The property sold for $6.8 million.
  • Dowd and Glenn Weisiger of CBRE|Syracuse sold a 20,250 s/f retail property for $1.45 million. The property is located at 440 West Nyack Rd. in West Nyack, and was previously owned by The Salvation Army. The property was purchased by New Plan North, LLC.
  • Rick Searles of CBRE|Syracuse sold an 11,325 s/f building at 364 Industrial Park Dr. in Kirkwood. The property sold for $1.15 million. The property was purchased by 611 Land development Company, LLC. The property was a former FedEx Cross Dock facility. FedEx outgrew the facility and built new in the region.
  • Searles sold a 6.7-acre industrial development site, at 274 Broome Corporate Pkwy. in Conklin. The industrial development site was purchased by American Recycling, LLC for $325,000. American Recycling, LLC. is a NJ-based scrap metal recycling company, and has been around for over 130 years.
  • Dowd sold a single tenant, two-story office space totaling 3,600 s/f. The property is located at 2500 Brewerton Rd. in Mattydale. The office space sold for $140,000. The office space was previously owned and maintained by JMT Properties, LLC.
  • Bill Anninos of CBRE|Syracuse and Kristen Nave of Sutton Real Estate Company leased a 1,904 s/f office space at 432 N. Franklin St. (The Foundry). The office space was leased to Dakota Wealth Management. Dakota Wealth Management is an independent investment management firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
