CBRE's Deutsch, Pollen, and Freede represent in Demand in 13-year 47,500 s/f lease renewal

iN DEMAND LLC, the entertainment industry's signature distributor of transactional and subscription content, has signed a 13-year renewal for the entire 47,500 s/f 17th floor at Trinity Real Estate's 345 Hudson Street. "We appreciate their continued commitment to Hudson Square as a vital and growing center for business." iN DEMAND, which has been a tenant at 345 Hudson since early 2000, provides a comprehensive portfolio of digital video products and services, delivered with the highest technical reliability and cost efficiency. iN DEMAND is part of Hudson Square's diverse and continuously expanding roster of creative, media, corporate, fashion, arts and nonprofit companies including Tory Burch, Horizon Media, Omnicom, HAVAS, 3.1 Philip Lim, WNYC New York Public Radio/Jerome L. Greene Performance Space, New York Magazine, Postworks New York, Two Sigma Investments, Splashlight Photographic and Digital Studios, One Kings Lane, The Children's Museum of the Arts, The Jackie Robinson Foundation and others. Completed in 1931 and spanning the full block from King to Charlton Streets, 345 Hudson Street is a 17-story property comprising approximately 984,000 s/f which features a renovated lobby, on-site management and security and 24/7 tenant access. It is the corporate headquarters of Penguin Group (USA) Inc. and home to Viacom, Prime Focus, The Guggenheim Foundation, CBS Radio East and Everyday Health. Asking rents in the building are $65 per s/f.
