Capstone closes on sale of 17,000 s/f motel for $4 million

Denver, CO Capstone has closed the sale of Travelers Uptown Motel, 17,614 s/f hospitality property for the sale price of $4 million. Sean Holamon of Capstone represented the buyer on this transaction.

The property consists of 48 rooms of over 350 s/f each. Multiple properties are under development in the immediate area and the property is walking distance to the most popular bars and restaurants in town. The buyer plans to make significant upgrades to the rooms and has a vision to transform the property into a boutique hotel and create a better experience for travelers and those looking for short term rentals.
