Cammeby’s International with Rybak Development begins leasing at Sky Three Residences Club

Brooklyn, NY Cammeby’s International, in partnership with Rybak Development, has begun leasing its one-million-s/f project, Sky Three Residences Club, located at 532 Neptune Ave. The three-tower community, anchoring the emerging West Brighton district, introduces 499 studio-to-three-bedroom rental units along with resort-style amenities and unmatched Atlantic Ocean views. These residences are stewarding the next chapter of elevated, carefree, coastal Brooklyn living. Move-ins are expected to begin on November 1, 2025.

Designed by Zproekt Architecture, the vertical village’s appointed interiors were created by Funda Durukan, of Durukan Design. The premium finishes, and considered details support a relaxed, refined and connected lifestyle while the welcoming exterior greenery was undertaken by Tier 2 Landscape Architecture.

Conceived as a modern residential club, Sky Three brings a level of lifestyle typically associated with premier luxury buildings found in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn like DUMBO and Park Slope. In addition to the beach vibe, residents will have 100,000 s/f of indoor and outdoor amenities including a pool, a sauna, massage room, a fifth-floor quarter-mile outdoor running track, landscaped terraces and lounges, children’s play areas, wellness spaces, and a 24/7 attended lobby, with curated ground-floor retail that is already anchored by CVS, Apple Bank, the popular fresh grocery Net Cost Market and many others.

Beyond its scale and amenities, Sky Three reflects more than a decade of commitment to neighborhood continuity. Over multiple phases, at a great cost, the development team worked with national and local retailers to relocate and reintegrate services — ensuring that the community, including thousands of long-term apartment residents, maintained access to everyday necessities throughout construction.

“Cammeby’s and its partners have consistently maintained and reinvigorated the retail offerings ensuring a walkable and vibrant neighborhood. Today, those vital neighborhood conveniences, services and entertainment are thriving. With leasing at Sky Three underway, we’re proud to welcome residents to a reimagined West Brighton and to a community setting exceptional standards,” says a Cammeby’s spokesperson.

Sky Three is centrally located, across the street from the F Train Station and down the block from the Q Train lines to north Brooklyn and Manhattan. It is around the corner from the boardwalk, beaches, NY Aquarium, and a few blocks from the Belt Parkway which runs along the entire southern border of Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, and the JFK and LaGuardia airports are about a 20 minute drive away.
