Brick Capital provides two mortgages totaling $3.05 million

Bronx, NY Brick Capital Partners LLC, through an affiliate entity, provided two first mortgages totaling $3.05 million:

• $1.5 million was placed for a four-story walk-up apartment building that contains 28 residential apartments and 2 stores in the Mott Haven section. The interest-only loan was closed within 10 days of application.

• $1.55 million was placed for a private real estate group.  Located in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn, the collateral is comprised of a vacant three-story walk-up apartment and a partially occupied four story walk-up apartment building. The loan proceeds are to be utilized for the renovation of the buildings. Marc Hershberg of Friedman-Roth Realty arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower.
