Blanton secures $4.6 million financing for Downtown Atlanta parking structure

Atlanta, GA Ben Blanton of Largo Capital, Inc. has arranged financing for a split-level parking garage. The non-recourse loan was structured with a five-year term featuring two years of interest-only payments, followed by a 25-year amortization.
