Austin, TX BEB Capital, a leading investor and developer of industrial, office, and multifamily assets throughout the East Coast, has appointed Jack Schildkraut as vice president of loan originations for BEB Lending, the firm’s lending arm. Schildkraut will be responsible for expanding BEB Lending’s footprint throughout Texas and the greater southeast region.

Schildkraut joins BEB Capital from Atlas Invest, a bridge financing company, where he was an originator focused on direct bridge lending and helping clients access flexible and strategic capital for their real estate investments. Prior to Atlas Invest, he served as an account executive in originations at Lev, a commercial real estate financing firm, where he specialized in structuring and securing financing solutions for a diverse range of assets. Schildkraut earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
