BDG Architects acquisition expands services in the Northeast

Mineola, NY BDG Architects has acquired JRS Architect, PC effective July 1, 2025. Bringing together the talents and resources of these long-established practices will result in a team of over 150 design professionals and expands BDG Architects’ footprint beyond its current five offices throughout the Southeast and adds two offices in the Northeast. 

JRS and its staff of design professionals bring 39 years of expertise in numerous markets including workplace, banking, retail marketplace, education, healthcare, hospitality industrial along with historic preservation services. Through offices on Long Island/Mineola, New York and Princeton, New Jersey the focus has been on the greater New York City metropolitan area for start-ups to Fortune 100 firms. Their staff of professionals pride themselves on client satisfaction, a commitment that is underscored by the firm’s ongoing referral business. 

BDG Architects, is a full-service architecture and interior design firm serving numerous private-sector clients for more than 30 years. JRS Architect, PC, is a New York and New Jersey based architecture and interior design firm and has been serving both the public and private sectors for over 39 years. Combining the talents and resources of these firms will allow them to provide expanded expertise, market depth and greater resources to meet the complex and diverse needs of their clients. 

The partnership with JRS will allow BDG to offer new services and expertise with advanced solutions. The collaboration is a natural evolution in the execution of both firms’ strategic initiatives and builds on BDG’s efforts to expand and develop talent.
