• PNC Bank located at 6290 Library Rd., Bethel Park, PA. Sale amount: $1.475 million; Buyer: Private Equity located in NYC; Seller: Private Individual. - 1,642 s/f on 0.87 Acres.
• Walgreens located at 4768 Shore Dr., Virginia Beach, VA. Sale amount: $4.9 million; Buyer: Private Real Estate Investment Trust; Seller: Family Office.  - 14,560 s/f on 1.78 acres.
• Arby’s located at 904 US 31W Bypass, Bowling Green, KY. Sale amount: $1.165 million; Buyer: REIT; Seller: Family Office. - 3,069 s/f on .66 acres
