Axiom Capital funds 145,200 s/f industrial portfolio in Daytona, St. Augustine and Jacksonville, FL

Florida Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged a $6.95 million permanent loan (10-yr loan, 7-yr I/O, fixed rate, non-recourse) for the acquisition of an industrial portfolio located along the East Coast of Florida in Daytona, St. Augustine and Jacksonville. 

The portfolio consists of three properties totaling 145,200 s/f. All three properties have ceiling heights of 30 feet +/- with office buildout of 5-10%. The Daytona property consists of a 34,200 rentable s/f industrial building situated on 4.28 acres +/-. The St. Augustine property, consists of a 60,000 rentable s/f industrial building situated on 4.42 acres +/-. The Jacksonville property, consists of a 51,000 rentable s/f industrial building situated on 3.66 acres +/-.
