Titusville, FL Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged a $12.5 million permanent loan (5-year loan, fixed rate, non-recourse) for the refinance of a 5-story, 110 room hotel.

The property is situated on a 5.20-acre parcel. The mix of room types are 67 Kings and 43 Queens. The property includes nine hotel suites of which six are King and three are Queen and offers on-site breakfast and bar/light fare food services, 24-hour market, business center, fitness center, outdoor pool, fire pit and two flexible meeting spaces spanning 2,036 s/f total.
