Avdoo & Partners secures approval for 60,000 s/f luxury residential development

Brooklyn, NY Avdoo & Partners Development’s plans for its luxury residential development at 110 Boerum Pl. have been approved by New York City’s Department of Buildings. Located in Cobble Hill, the six-story building will begin construction in early fall and offer a collection of condominium-homes designed by Brooklyn-based firm Brent Buck Architects.

110 Boerum Pl. will feature 21 condominiums and amenities that establish a strong sense of place and community. Since Cobble Hill is one of Brooklyn’s more supply-constrained neighborhoods, developing a 60,000 s/f building on a 17,000 s/f site is a rare opportunity to bring something to this residential community.

Aksoy Holding is working with Avdoo & Partners as a project partner on 110 Boerum Pl. The firm, known for the development of the celebrated Ritz Carlton project in Bodrum continues to expand its international portfolio with projects across multiple asset classes in New York, Florida and Colorado.

As with other projects across Avdoo & Partners’ portfolio, 110 Boerum Pl. will follow suit in grounding the building to its community by establishing partnerships with local design partners, businesses, artists, and makers.

110 Boerum Pl. is Avdoo & Partners’ fourth active project in the borough since Saint Marks Place’s completion in 2022.

Last month, Avdoo launched sales for the 105 condominium residences in Bergen, designed by Taller Frida Escobedo, with residential interiors by Workstead, master planning by DXA Studio and landscape design by DXA Studio and Patrick Cullina. Similar to 110 Boerum Pl., the building is designed to complement the neighborhood fabric with architecture that blends privacy and transparency in a refreshing way to urban built environments where there are often more rigid distinctions between the private and public domain.
