ATCO Props. & Management completes four lease renewals totaling 24,102 s/f

555 Fifth Avenue - Manhattan, NY

Manhattan, NY ATCO Properties & Management has completed four renewals with the following tenants: Cornerstone Office Services, Telsey Holdings, N-Tier Financial Services and SBR Wovens signing lease renewals totaling 24,102 s/f.

At 555 Fifth Ave., a 20-story, 257,000 s/f premier office building in Midtown, Cornerstone Office Services, Inc. will remain on the entire 14th floor in 12,281 s/f of space. The firm provides professional and congenial office space in which small to mid-sized companies can maintain a New York City base of operations to grow their businesses.

In the same building, Telsey Holdings LLC renewed for 6,879 s/f on the 7th floor. Telsey Holdings is a leading woman-owned research, trading, banking, and consulting brokerage firm focused on the consumer sector.

The building hosts a list of prominent office tenants, including Howard Sloan Search, Nicoletti Gonson Spinner LLP, Harris Corporation, CW Financial Services, Global Excess Partners and Floyd Advisory. Retail tenants at the property include Barnes & Noble, L’Occitane En Provence, and JoJu Vietnamese Sandwich.

For these two leases, Hemmerdinger Goodman represented building ownership in-house. No tenant brokers were involved in the transactions and asking rents were $65 per s/f.

At 381 Park Ave. South, a 17-floor 228,000 s/f building across from Madison Square Park, N-Tier Financial Services, LLC renewed its lease for 2,534 s/f on the 7th floor. The brokers for the landlord were Robert Tunis, Kyle Berlinsky and Joseph Mangiacotti of Colliers and N-Tier was represented by Jared Newman of CBRE. The asking rent was $62 per s/f.

Also at 381 Park Ave. South, textile firm SBR Wovens LLC has renewed its lease for 2,408 s/f on the 13th floor and 100 s/f in the basement. Hemmerdinger Goodman represented building ownership in-house, no tenant broker was involved in the transaction and the asking rent was $62 per s/f.

Other tenants at the building include FGS Design LLC, Two Sticks Inc., Valerio Architects, Inc., EVOS, ListenFirst Media, Stephen B. Jacobs Group, Maria B. Campbell, Inc., Industrial Development Funding, Goldstein, Rikon, Rikon & Houghton, P.C., Fuze Inc., RW3 CultureWizard and Superfly Productions. Famed bakery and restaurant Sarabeth’s Kitchen is located at the base of 381 Park Avenue South.
