Argo welcomes three residential property managers to its team

Manhattan, NY Argo Real Estate has appointed three new members to its residential property management team, comprising of Peter Kocaj, Philip Huang, and Lauri Weinstein. Kocaj and Huang have been assigned to Argo’s third-party property management division, responsible for cooperative corporations and condominiums. Weinstein is working with Argo’s owned-and-operated multifamily portfolio.

Kocaj has over 10 years of experience in property management and served as a senior property manager at FirstService prior to Argo. Huang, whose career has included management positions in both the residential and hospitality sectors, most recently was a property manager at Maxwell-Kates, Inc. Weinstein’s extensive background spans more than two decades in property management at Wallack Management Company.

“Peter, Philip, and Lauri are great additions to our team, and we welcome their expertise and commitment to excellence,” said Argo vice president and director of management Gustavo Rusconi, CPM. 

“They join a highly collaborative group of dedicated professionals at Argo, which has been cited in Crain’s Business New York ‘Best Places to Work’ for three consecutive years.”

In addition to working with an experienced team of senior property managers, associate property managers and administrative staff, Messrs. Kocaj, Huang and Weinstein will have access to a range of fully integrated inhouse services, which include individual departments for compliance, accounting, legal, brokerage, and leasing, transfers and closings.
