Achilles International secures 5,530 s/f lease at Williams Equities’ 57 West 57th St.

Manhattan, NY William Equities, a family-owned real estate firm with a nearly 100-year legacy, has signed a 10-year, 5,530 s/f lease with Achilles International at 57 West 57th St. The leading adaptive running organization will occupy a portion of the 17th floor, bringing the building’s occupancy rate to 93%. 

The remaining space available in the building includes a penthouse duplex on the 19th and 20th floors, spanning 6,275 s/f. Features include two private terraces and corner views overlooking Sixth Ave. and 57th St.

"This long-term commitment from Achilles International highlights the building’s attractiveness to purpose-driven organizations that value both character and quality space."

57 West 57th St. is a commercial office building located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Warren and Wetmore, the architects behind Grand Central Terminal, The Crown Building and the Helmsley Building, the tower was completed in 1928 and seamlessly blends classic design with modern functionality. Surrounded by iconic landmarks such as Carnegie Hall and Central Park, the building offers a prestigious address with exceptional access to the city’s cultural and commercial core. Notable tenants include Quality Italian, Mangia, and Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation. 

Williams Equities was represented by Rachel Kirkham and Michael Joseph of Colliers International. Achilles International was represented by David Kahane of DAK Commercial Realty, LLC.
