Abramson and Olden of Buchbinder & Warren complete 1,350 s/f retail lease

 

 

Manhattan, NY William Abramson, director of brokerage, and Matthew Olden, licensed associate real estate broker, of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, LLC have leased a 1,350 s/f retail space to Go Kigali at 345 Bleecker St. in the West Village.

Abramson and Olden represented the landlord, 343-5 Bleecker Street, LLC, in the five-year lease. The space featured 850 s/f on the ground floor and a 500 s/f cellar.

Peter Whitenack, senior managing director, and TJ Cholnoky, associate, of RKF represented the tenant.

Go Kigali returns to Bleecker St. for a long-term stay after having a pop-up store at 333 Bleecker St. They sell ethically made products from Rwanda including jewelry, leather bags, clothing, home décor items, photographs and more.
