What recent project, accomplishment or award are you most proud of? I am very proud of my recent promotion here at Denham Wolf to Director of Construction, as it is very rewarding to be recognized for my hard work on behalf of our clients and team.

What do you like best about being a woman in the AEC industry? Bringing a different perspective to building and how projects are managed. I definitely have a feminine style of management that makes for a calmer, more collaborative meeting. I want everyone to feel welcome in this industry and feel it could benefit from even more diversity.

What is one of the most exciting developments or innovations impacting the AEC industry right now? Geothermal and Solar Power – I actually can’t get enough of Solar Power. Both should be required to be used on every project where they can be effectively utilized.

What is your favorite building in New York? The Chrysler Building, a shiny, beautiful classic. But New York is full of beautiful buildings and having one favorite is impossible.
