2026 Developing Long Island: Warehouse at 380 Oser Avenue

Hauppauge, NY MTK 200 Crossways, LLC and H2M architects + engineers collaborated on the development of a new 28,000 s/f distribution warehouse in the Hauppauge Industrial Park. The warehouse, situated on two acres of land, is divided into two major compartments for three different kinds of storage: one section for frozen storage and another for both dry and refrigerated storage.

The new facility uses a steel building frame with insulated EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) rubber roofing and walls composed of insulated metal panels. The project also features a four-bay truck loading dock, dedicated office and employee spaces, and 86 parking spaces (including three handicap spaces and 24 box truck spaces).

Once complete, the property will be leased to Glacier Point Enterprises, a direct store delivery distributor that will use this building 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the storage and distribution of ice cream and a variety of fresh and frozen products.
