Integrating ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) metrics into property evaluations and title underwriting, which will help meet investor and regulatory expectations while future-proofing assets.
What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?
I would recommend the following: 1. Learn the fundamentals of CRE - financing, leasing, title, zoning and market trends. 2. Consider certifications like CCIM, SIOR or ALTA courses. 3. Seek out women in the industry who are willing to mentor, share insights and open doors. 4. Join organizations like CREW Network.
