Additionally, experience in title and survey review is crucial for spotting encumbrances, easements, or zoning concerns that could impact a transaction.
What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?
Define what success means to you — income, lifestyle, or purpose — to guide your choices. Seek a mentor, ask questions, and learn from top performers how they manage clients, deals, and time. Build a thick skin and set respectful boundaries, especially with challenging clients or peers, to navigate the industry confidently.
