What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community?

One of my proudest achievements has been collaboratively leading the transformation of our company’s operational efficiency. Founded nearly 40 years ago, we relied on outdated systems. Recognizing the need for change, I worked with our team to integrate new technology, standardize procedures, and implement advanced reporting systems. These improvements streamlined operations, enhanced decision-making, and boosted productivity, positioning us for long-term success in a competitive, evolving industry.

What trends or innovations do you believe will shape the future of your field, and how are you positioning yourself (or your firm) to be at the forefront?

The future of metal fenestration is being shaped by increasingly stringent standards for thermal efficiency, sound insulation, and sustainability. As these requirements evolve, we are committed to developing products that not only exceed industry standards but also offer reliable service, faster lead times, and competitive pricing. Our highly anticipated thermal door meets and surpasses rigorous testing while significantly reducing wait times compared to other brands, ensuring that we stay ahead of both regulatory demands and market expectations.

What’s your favorite way to recharge or get inspired outside of work?

I love attending industry shows to learn about innovations and trends that inspire new ideas.
