AI technology is set to revolutionize the construction and development fields by driving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing safety. Trends like AI-powered project management, predictive analytics for maintenance, and autonomous machinery are reshaping the industry. Building Information Modeling (BIM) enhanced by AI will streamline design and execution, while computer vision ensures quality control. To stay ahead, companies will adopt AI-driven tools for planning, risk assessment, and resource optimization, ensuring smarter, faster, and more sustainable project delivery.

Who or what has inspired you most in your career, and what advice would you share with the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry?

My biggest inspiration was watching my mom navigate the process of building our family home which sparked my passion for construction and development. Throughout that process, I realized there was a large need for women in the construction and development workforce. To the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry, my advice is to embrace challenges and trust your voice. Stay curious, seek mentorship, and never hesitate to step into leadership roles. Your unique perspective and resilience are invaluable to shaping the future of this industry.

What’s your favorite way to recharge or get inspired outside of work?

Walking my French Bulldog puppy, enjoying time with family and friends, and doing hot yoga.

Do you have a hidden talent or a surprising fact about yourself that most people wouldn’t know?

I compete in pageants like Miss NY USA to show how women can be strong, smart, and multifaceted!
