2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Brian Peer, Platinum Properties

Brian Peer
Exec. Associate, Real Estate Salesperson
Platinum Properties

“Brian is a natural born superstar. Not only does he have an incredible work ethic, but he is adaptable, which is essential when working in the commercial and residential real estate industries. He does it all: he’s an active agent, and he does operations. Typically, in a business capacity, you have someone who does one or the other, but Brian excels at doing both, and we look forward to watching him continue to grow.” - Khashy Eyn, Co-Founder, Chairman, Platinum Properties.

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? It’s been truly exciting to work on the leasing relaunch of 30 Wall St., a historic limestone building in The Financial District that was previously the United States Assay Office. I’ve been part of the team relaunching multiple newly built-out office suites, along with a unique retail opportunity featuring dedicated entrances and a private elevator connecting the ground floor to the fourth floor. With Printemps and other international brands taking a renewed interest in the Financial District, timing has been key in bringing this commercial space to market.

What is your top advice for someone just starting out in your field? Don’t be afraid to fail — just make sure you fail forward. Every setback is an opportunity to learn and grow. And above all, outwork your competition. Relentless effort and consistency will set you apart.

Who has been pivotal in your professional development, and how have they influenced you? Khashy Eyn, CEO of Platinum Commercial, has been instrumental in shaping my professional growth. He’s taught me the true meaning of work ethic, persistency, and speed—especially when it comes to delivering for clients. His example has raised the bar for how I operate every day.
