Recent goal and impact:
At REAL New York, one of my primary objectives was to establish a comprehensive, full-service brokerage that caters to the evolving needs of landlords and developers. Initially, our focus was on leasing for landlords with existing properties. However, as our firm expanded, we aimed to extend our expertise to development sites and large-scale projects, ensuring we could grow alongside our clients. A pivotal step in achieving this goal was the expansion of our New Development division.
Sharing knowledge and expertise:
At REAL New York, we recognize that collaboration and transparency are essential to success in the real estate industry. One of our key initiatives in knowledge-sharing is our Quarterly REAL New York Landlord Forum. Every quarter, we host a virtual session with over 300 clients, dedicating an hour to discussing the latest trends in the residential real estate market. To enhance the value of these forums, we invite esteemed guest speakers, industry experts who provide insights on legal changes, regulatory updates, and broader market trends.

Giving Back:
In February 2025, my family and I organized our 16th annual charity poker and real estate networking event, an initiative that continues to grow in both scope and impact. This year, we welcomed over 150 guests and successfully raised significant funds for a meaningful cause. What made this event especially impactful was the strong sense of community and collaboration among real estate professionals. Industry leaders gathered under one roof, fostering valuable connections, facilitating new partnerships, and contributing to a charitable mission.
