Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP

“Working with Nina has been so rewarding for our company. We hired Nina on a very complex acquisition earlier this year involving a leasehold/ground lease structure that was being unwound at closing. Recent goal and impact:

Expanding my practice has been a key goal, and I’ve intensified this effort despite recent market challenges. I’ve successfully grown my client base across industries, directly benefiting Olshan by expanding our business, reach, and visibility. I’ve helped clients restructure real estate, facilitate joint ventures and real estate development, and developed a specialty in data center and colocation leasing amid rising AI demand. This strategic growth has positioned Olshan at the industry’s forefront, and it’s gratifying to be a valued advisor across sectors.

Sharing knowledge and expertise:

Mentoring women in real estate and law is central to my ethos. I actively support women-focused organizations, serving as a mentor in WX’s program to guide young professionals and promote their advancement. As a ULI member, I mentor emerging leaders on industry nuances. I also participated in the Women in Real Estate Symposium’s speed networking event. At Olshan, I founded and chair the Women’s Committee, fostering career growth. My passion is sponsoring and developing talented women.

Who was/is your role model and/or leadership mentor?

Early in my career, my mentors were supportive men. Later, I met a woman who embodies my aspirations — an icon.
