Linda Scainetti
Owner/Founder
Designworks LPS, LLC

Recent goal and impact:

Designworks LPS, LLC has been in business since 2001 and has mainly provided services to landlords and real estate brokers creating building plans, space plans for new tenants and construction drawings.  My goal was to add services to the tenants and business owners providing design services to include branding, design development, interior design, finish and furniture selection, lighting, signage and artwork and now this group of Services accounts for more than 40% of the business.

Giving Back:

I have been on the Commercial Real Estate Committee for Alzheimer’s awareness since 2019 and our group has organized  fundraisers  and awareness events which has greatly supported this cause along with establishing and strengthening relationships with all people involved.

Best books, podcasts, or apps for aspiring leaders:

My favorite podcast is Mel Robbins. She’s so relatable and covers all areas of life personally and professionally.

Best advice for new leaders:

Work hard, learn from the best in your industry, stay true to your word.
