“Ben’s strategic vision, passion for sales, and exceptional leadership is truly inspiring and is reflected in the continuous success and growth of the sales organization. Recent goal and impact:

I led a company-wide initiative to unify our business development strategy across industry, service lines and regions. By leveraging data and analytics, we identified key growth areas, aligned sales efforts, and improved decision-making. This boosted collaboration, accelerated onboarding, and increased client retention and cross-sell opportunities — driving measurable growth and elevating EBI’s strategic value to clients.

Best advice for new leaders: Put people first. Lead with empathy, transparency, and consistency.

Turning problems into opportunities: Faced with the challenge of disconnected workflows, I led an effort to unify key teams around a focused, data-driven strategy. By aligning business development, operations, and leadership, we improved cross-functional collaboration, goal alignment, and enhanced company culture. This continues to deliver stronger, more consistent results—creating a more connected organization.
