Impact Highlight: Describe a recent program, initiative, or process implemented by you and the impact on your firm, organization, or community. I have been working closely on the development and design of Dealpath’s AI Studio, a newly launched suite of tools for AI-powered deal screening, recommended comps, data extraction, and AI deal summaries. It has been a unique and rewarding process applying advanced AI technology to solutions purpose-built for the commercial real estate industry, and I look forward to seeing the impact they will make in the market.

Innovative Outlook: Where do you see the biggest opportunities for innovation in the commercial real estate sector? Generative AI catalyzed an era of rapid technological adoption in commercial real estate. The true impacts of AI will span every sector and nearly every aspect of CRE. That said, I’m excited to see how, as AI evolves, it will foster amazing new opportunities for commercial real estate.
