What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?

I’m really excited about the launch of SkyTrade — it’s a game-changer in airspace management! By blending blockchain technology with decentralized finance (DeFi), we’ve created a platform that makes buying, selling, and renting airspace both secure and straightforward. It’s revolutionary and visionary, opening up new ways for property owners and investors to earn income and shaping the future of urban development and drone use. With features like real-time airspace valuation and a connected drone radar network, SkyTrade is truly setting a new standard in how we think about and manage our airspace.

What are the most important factors young women should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with?

When picking a company to grow your career, young women should look at how the firm makes an impact, its values, its culture, and career growth opportunities. Choose a place where your work truly matters and aligns with your personal values. A welcoming and inclusive environment is key to feeling supported and respected. Also, check if the company offers clear paths for advancement, development, and mentorship. Finding a workplace that balances these aspects will help you build a rewarding and exciting career.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you?

Jeanne Gang is a huge inspiration for me. As the visionary founder of Studio Gang, she’s redefining architecture with her groundbreaking, sustainable designs. Her projects, like the stunning Aqua Tower in Chicago, demonstrate her incredible talent for blending creativity with environmental and social responsibility. Gang’s work isn’t just about creating beautiful buildings; it’s about making a real impact on communities and the planet. Her fearless approach to innovation and her commitment to designing spaces that are both inspiring and practical fire me up to think big and push the boundaries of what’s possible in design.

Which professional organization(s) would you recommend to women just starting out in your industry:

Look for groups that align with your vision and provide opportunities for meaningful contributions. Engaging with organizations that reflect your passion for innovation, sustainability, and community impact can help you build a network, grow professionally, and influence the industry in a way that resonates with your personal and professional goals.
