What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? 

I’ve had the opportunity to work on several exciting and impactful projects, making it difficult to just choose one. However, I’m especially proud of how Evergreen has established itself as a major player in the real estate sector. Our team’s dedication and expertise have earned us recognition from some of the largest landlords and corporations in NYC. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our work not only acknowledged but also trusted for high-profile, major projects. Being a woman-owned company in this industry adds an extra layer of pride to our accomplishments as we continue to push boundaries and set new standards.

What are the most important factors young women should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? 

When choosing a firm to build their career, young women should prioritize a company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring they support and advance women in leadership roles. It’s crucial to assess the firm’s culture by looking for a supportive environment that fosters growth and mentorship. Additionally, consider the firm’s track record on promoting from within and its reputation for encouraging innovation and creativity. Finding a company that values your unique contributions and offers opportunities for professional development will be key to building a successful and fulfilling career.
