How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? It is inherently challenging to strike a sustainable work-life balance in today’s “always on” world. Beyond your professional achievements, what are some of your passions or hobbies? I come from a family of avid skiers and try to head to the mountains as much as I can during the winter. Once the snow melts, I trade the ski boots for running shoes to compete in road races across the Tri-State area.

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? Throughout my academic, athletic, and professional endeavors, I’ve always had mentors who have challenged me to become the best version of myself. “Do the little things right” is a mantra from my college coach that’s stuck with me – it’s something I strive to do in all aspects of life.
