How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Weekdays are dedicated to exploring restaurants with my wife after work, while weekends are reserved for quality time with my family. Watching my nephew’s soccer and baseball games adds an extra element of fun to these moments. Additionally, we love to travel; last winter, we spent three weeks in Australia. 

Beyond your professional achievements, what are some of your passions or hobbies? I enjoy various hobbies such as traveling, fostering dogs, playing golf, and exploring new restaurants. One of my ambitious goals is to travel to every country in the world, and I also aspire to achieve a hole-in-one at Pebble Beach Hole 7, which is on my bucket list.

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? My father’s accomplished tenure in the RE industry was my inspiration. He taught me the value of treating everyone with respect, be it a CEO or associate. My journey began at age 14 when I landed my first job alongside my dad and had the opportunity to meet Jeff Winick.
