Matthew Bordwin is responsible for all aspects of business development and execution at Keen-Summit Capital Partners. Those plans involve real estate analysis, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, lease modifications and terminations, and corporate finance and capital market services. Bordwin has more than 24 years of real estate advisory and transactional experience, with a particular expertise in workouts and restructurings, specializing in strategic planning, the sale of real estate assets and lease negotiations. He has represented financial, corporate and retail clients. Bordwin also played a significant role in Keen-Summit’s strategy and handling of the Red Lobster bankruptcy and restructuring. He has also had several significant sales at auction this year, including the WC Braker portfolio in Austin, Texas for $102,250,000 and Harbor Custom Development in Seattle, Washington for $69,800,000. His innovative solutions get deals done. As a recognized expert on real estate restructuring issues, Bordwin is a frequent speaker on industry topics and has been quoted in national and industry publications.
