In my role as senior environmental planner, I have directed the environmental review for several BESS projects, evaluating the potential environmental roadblocks impacting a site’s viability for BESS and providing comprehensive SEQRA support for site plan applications, including the preparation of complex expanded environmental assessments.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? Michele Pincus, Esq. - deputy director for the real estate market at H2M. Michele is ambitious and humble. Why should this nominee be recognized in our Women in Commercial Real Estate Spotlight? “Lisa should be recognized for her valuable contributions that result in the approval of our clients’ diverse development projects. She has a keen understanding of SEQRA and communicates effectively with our clients, municipal officials, and her team in order to navigate complex land use entitlement processes through resolution.” - Sharon Norton Remmer, Director of Planning and GIS at H2M architects + engineers.
