Dan Penaro
Asset Manager
BEB Capital

Number of years at firm: 2

One thing on my bucket list: Complete a triathlon.

When I am not working, I am: An active alumnus of the Chaminade High School and the Long Island Businessmen Association. On the weekends, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends. I have a passion for cycling and once completed a century ride to Montauk.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

“Dan has been an instrumental part of BEB Capital’s growth since joining in 2021. Dan has revamped our internal departments to align with the company’s rapid institutional growth and was a key player in our programmatic joint venture partnership with Rockpoint Group, which is targeting $1B in industrial assets in the Northeastern United States.” - Lee Brodsky, Chief Executive Officer at BEB Capital
