Describe what you would consider to be ONE of your top career highlights:

Taking the leap of faith to leave an international law firm to start CLG in 2018. It is exciting to see how much we have grown in such a short period. I am grateful to our clients and team members, as it is their support and confidence that helped us achieve our dream in such a short time.

What aspect of your position do you find most challenging?

Achieving the balance between my professional and personal lives. As an attorney passionate about his practice and his clients and as a father of two young kids, finding a balance is the key to success. Thankfully, technology and an excellent team allow me to be there for our clients, while enjoying watching my kids grow.

What leadership role outside of the workplace is most rewarding to you?

Membership in the IIUSA Leadership Council. IIUSA is the industry trade association for the EB-5 Program, which promotes economic development and job creation in the US, and is a cornerstone of our practice. As a council member, I am able to help shape the present and future of the program, while positively impacting job creation and the real estate industry nationwide.

What is your management style?

As CLG’s managing shareholder, I have the honor to manage an extremely talented team of professionals. As a leader, I try to know and understand their strengths in order to ensure that I can provide them appropriate guidance and support in order to offer our clients the most effective team to attend to their specific projects.
