My success is the product of the support, encouragement and constructive advice of my colleagues and family and my focus to become a more effective attorney. 

?What advice can you offer to someone who is just getting started in your industry?
Take your time to absorb as much information as possible and align yourself with competent, honest people. External pressures are a constant and working effectively in spite of such pressures requires the perspective gained from experience. 

If you have a mentor, who is it and how has this relationship influenced your professional growth?
I do not have a mentor but I have several colleagues that have afforded me the opportunity to grow professionally by leading by example. I have learned from them how to effectively work through problems and manage people and expectations by observing the techniques and work ethic of my more experienced colleagues.
